If you have access to your old phone, first remove TalkSocket’s association with the old phone.

• Open your Alexa app and tap “Devices”. Tap “Echo & Alexa” and scroll down to “Accessories”. Tap “TalkSocket” and then “Forget Device” and “OK”

• Open the TalkGo app, tap the menu button and Devices, tap the 3 dots next to TalkSocket and then tap Delete

• Remove TalkSocket from your phone’s Bluetooth settings

  • On iPhone, Settings > Bluetooth, next to TalkSocket tap the Information button (the “i” in a circle icon), and tap “Forget this device”

  • On Android, Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, tap TalkSocket and then tap Unpair

• Reset your TalkSocket while it is powered on by pressing and holding the side button for 7 seconds until the LEDs flash purple and then release. You’ll first see the LEDs flash white before purple.
