      • Click on Devices on the bottom right navigation > Click Echo & Alexa in the top left corner> Scroll down until you see TalkSocket

        • If you see TalkSocket, ensure it’s not in Offline Mode by clicking TalkSocket. Test wake word “Alexa”.

        • If you don’t see TalkSocket under the Echo & Alexa devices that means you need to manually connect the TalkSocket to the Alexa App.

          • Click Devices on the bottom right navigation in the Alexa app > Click “+” icon in the top right corner > Click Add Device > Scroll down to Headphones > Click TalkSocket and go through the onboarding and click Enable. Test wake word “Alexa”.

  • Next, remove TalkSocket as an accessory in the Amazon Alexa app

    • Click on Devices on the bottom right navigation > Click Echo & Alexa in the top left corner> Scroll down until you see TalkSocket and click > Select Forget Device > Confirm “OK”

  • Next, go to Settings on your device > Bluetooth Settings > select TalkSocket > Choose to Forget This Device.
